Alabama Burglary Charges Dismissed – Burglary 2nd Degree – Jefferson County Circuit Cour
Our client was accused of burglarizing a residential garage. Based upon information provided by our client and tireless pretrial research on the facts and the eye witness who claimed that our client committed the burglary, we were able to seriously undermine the statements of the eyewitness and provide the authorities with an alternate perpetrator. When the authorities examined a fingerprint from the scene, it revealed that our client was not involved. Moreover, the name that we gave to the authorities matched the fingerprint. This case was dismissed after a jury had already been selected and were seated in the courtroom ready for trial to begin. Case dismissed.
