The Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association Presents President’s Award
William K. “Chip” Bradford was honored by the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (ACDLA) at its recent Death Penalty Seminar. The Association presented Bradford with its President’s Award for his outstanding contributions to the organization last year. Bradford is a Birmingham Alabama attorney practicing criminal defense and appellate law. He is a past recipient of the ACDLA Merit Award for his work on a multi-count vehicular manslaughter/felony assault case in Coffee County Alabama in which he and his co-counsel Amber Ladner were able to win dismissal of all charges based on the lack of jurisdiction by State of Alabama law enforcement authorities.
